Car overturns in ditch after collision in Thakeham

Emergency services attended a two car collision in Thakeham last night (July 23) where a car overturned and ended up in a ditch.

Fire crews from Billingshurst and Storrington were called to the crash in Goose Green Lane at around 7.15pm.

Police said the collision involved a Landrover and a Belgian registered car.

They added one vehicle flipped onto its side whilst the other ended up in a ditch.

No serious injuries were reported in the crash and no-one was trapped.

The road was closed by the Coolham Cross Roads for recovery work and re-opened again at around 9.50pm.
