CCTV tracks missing pupil
AN 11-year-old boy with learning difficulties was spotted on CCTV when he went missing on the way to school.
Cameras sighted the youngster, who had run away after being dropped off by taxi, in Station Approach.
Police picked him up unharmed on Tuesday last week.
Sgt Mark O'Brien praised the helpfulness of CCTV.
'This saved a great deal of police hours which would normally be required in incidents of a similar nature,' he said.
