Gracie Thomas sent a message to the council’s official Twitter account last night (Wednesday March 2).

She said: “@HorshamDC fix the keith valley rd bridge thanks
To which the council replied: “Hi Gracie, I’m sorry I believe you mean Horsham, Pennsylvania? We are Horsham District Council in England. Thanks”
