Country Mice school show

A CHARITY-run playschool in Cowfold is organising a ‘Country Mice Baby and Toddler show’ for all companies involved in young children.

The Country Mice play school, in Station Road, Cowfold, would like any company involved with children to book a table at its fair at Cowfold Village Hall on Friday May 18.

Charlie Sumner, a member of the playschool’s fund raising committee, has said that companies can book a table at the fair for £7.50 and sell their products to local parents. She said: “The money we are hoping to raise will go towards improving/updating our learning environment outside.

“The Country Mice table is going to have some arts and crafts on it for the children to do at no extra cost.”

The playschool has a voluntary committee of parents, staffed by a team of qualified and experienced childcare practitioners.

Charlie said that the playschool currently has 34 children attending and there are many potential customers that are likely to attend the event.

She said: “We are hoping that expecting parents and or parents with babies and young children will come along to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and cake, who can browse and buy the products on offer for a entrance fee of 50p, going to Country Mice.”
