Their father, Richard, said: “Reuben has been modelling for four years, appearing in Marie Claire, Zara, Vertbaudet, Daily Telegraph, Marks and Spencer, as well as F & F Clothing and Vogue Bambini.

“He first got into modelling via a family friend, who had done it 20 years ago. She told us Reuben was really photogenic. We got in contact with an agency and it went from there.

“Reuben has featured in a lot of photo shoots, even for a children’s clothing company in Singapore, appearing on its website.

“For the Tesco campaign, our agent contacted us asking if Reuben had any siblings. We had to send a few photographs and they asked if our daughter Alara, called Izzy in the campaign, could be present at the photo shoot for Tesco which we agreed.

“The photographs that Tesco has used are close to our heart and made us very proud, as our two children are in more than 3,800 stores across the country.

“Bexhill is our main shop where our family and friends use for their shopping and we have had so many ‘well done’ messages from people.”

Reuben and Alara’s mum, Natalie, said Alara has just started modelling like her younger brother.

She added: “Reuben and Alara’s faces, when they saw themselves for the first time on the banners, was priceless.

“We’ve had friends and family spotting the children so far in Hailsham, London and Peterborough.”
