Crawley man wanted over false imprisonment and victim intimidation

An arrest warrant has been made for a Crawley man charged with intimidating a victim, false imprisonment, ABH and robbery.

Dinesh Suntharampillai, 19, of Walesbeech, Furnace Green, did not attend his Lewes Crown Court hearing on February 26.

A court spokesman said an arrest warrant for him remained in force today (Monday March 7).

He said Suntharampillai was due to enter pleas at the hearing for charges of robbing, assaulting and injuriously imprisoning a man, detaining him against his will and attempting to rob another in Crawley on March 5 2015 and perverting the course of justice by intimidating a victim in Crawley between March 17 and March 20 last year.
