Crawley drivers charged with drink-driving


Two Crawley motorists have been charged with drink-driving as part of Sussex Police’s summer crackdown.

Boguslaw Trawinski was arrested at 10.15pm on Saturday June 6 after he crashed his Renault Scenic into a parked car at Langley Parade, Crawley, Sussex Police said.

Trawinski, 47, of Chestnut Walk, Langley Green, was charged with drink-driving.

Christopher Marsh was arrested at 11.40pm on the same day after officers pulled him over in Barnfield Road, Crawley.

Marsh, 35, of Barnfield Road, Northgate, was charged with drink-driving and resisting arrest.

Both men were released on bail to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on Monday June 22.

A third man was charged with drink-driving after he was stopped in Horley on Thursday June 4.

Fred Boyling, 45, of Partidge Lane, Newdigate, was bailed to appear at Redhill Magistrates’ Court on Friday June 19.
