Helicopter search for man threatening public in Horley


The police helicopter was scrambled following reports of a man threatening members of the public in Horley.

Surrey Police was called to Balcombe Road at about 11pm on Tuesday (June 8).

A spokesman said: “Officers and the National Police Air Service helicopter carried out a search of the area but no individuals were located and no incidents were reported.”
