Kelly O’Brien, of Copsale Road, Horsham, pleaded guilty to failing to pay vehicle excise back duty within seven days. She was fined £123, with £114.18 vehicle excise back duty, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs.
Darren Nelson, 49, of Honeysuckle Walk, Horsham, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, driving without a licence, and driving with illegal levels of a cocaine metabolite in his blood, all in Horsham. He was banned from driving for 14 months, with a £280 fine, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs.
