July 6:

Michael Hubbard, 31, of North Parade, Horsham, pleaded guilty to driving a Yamaha vehicle on New Street, Horsham, on September 15 last year with cocaine in his bloodstream. He also pleaded guilty to driving with cannabis and the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in his bloodstream and to being in possession of a quantity of cannabis on the same date. The court made a community order with a requirement of 40 hours of unpaid work and banned him from driving for two years.

Arsild Asslani, 18, of Inglis Road, Croydon, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle in Tushmore Crescent, Crawley, on June 6 with no licence or insurance. He was fined £160 and his driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Roman Fattorusso, 25, of Robertson Road, Bristol, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. The offence took place at Burgess Hill Railway Station on December 23. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Zoe Cansfield, 49, of Threals Lane, West Chiltington, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford vehicle in West Chiltington, on February 28, while more than twice over the drink drive limit. She gave a breath alcohol reading of 77 microgrammes. 
The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. She was fined £173 and banned from driving for 17 months.

Aarron Smith 40, of Eastbourne Avenue, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Lincoln Close, Crawley, on June 8. He also pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer on the same date. He was fined £40.

Elise Fourn, 39, of Gledwood Drive, Hayes, indicated a plea of guilty to assaulting a police officer by beating at Gatwick Airport on March 13. She was fined £200 and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

Alex Kyriacou, 21, of Moorpark Crescent, Ifield, Crawley, indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of a quantity of cannabis in Northgate Avenue, Crawley on April 15. He was fined £100.

Christopher Allen, 34, of Stirling Way, Horsham was found guilty of driving at a speed exceeding 70mph on the M23 in Crawley on October 19. 
He was fined £440 and his driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Stephen Dacey, 54, of Holmes Way, Wick, Littlehampton, was found guilty of driving a Mini Cooper on the A24 at Horsham, on October 28, with no insurance. He was fined £660 and his driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Aaron Delahunty, 33, of Tilgate Way, Crawley, was found guilty of driving a BMW on Furnace Drive, Crawley, on October 2, with no insurance. He was fined £660 and his driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Dawid Dybciak, 25, of Nursery Gardens, Wick, Littlehampton, was found guilty of driving a Citroen vehicle on the A24 in Horsham, on October 22, with no insurance. He was fined £660 and his driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Patrick Kelly, 55, of Grove Road, Burgess Hill, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot vehicle at Farriers Lea, Haywards Heath, on November 2, with no insurance. He was fined £500 and his driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Ahmadou Niang, 31, of Hyde-Heath Court, Crawley, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford vehicle on the A23, in Crawley, on October 6, with no licence or insurance. He was fined £120 and his driving record endorsed with eight penalty points.

July 7:

Dean Gant, 55, of Clark Road, Crawley, pleaded guilty to driving a Citroen vehicle in Downland Drive, Crawley, on November 10 last year with the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in his bloodstream. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for one year.

Robert Shankland, 65, of Western Road, Hurstpierpoint, Hassocks, pleaded guilty to two charges of assault and a charge of threatening behaviour. He also indicated guilty pleas to two charges of sending threatening letters. In addition he indicated a plea of guilty to a charge of producing a quantity of cannabis. The offences took place at Hassocks on March 25. The court made a community order and ordered the cannabis plants to be destroyed.

July 8:

Jack Etherington, 22, of Normans Road, Smallfield, Horley, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour. 
The offence took place at Crawley on November 16 last year. He was fined £225.

Seffan Baker, 49, of Station Road, Croydon, indicated a plea of guilty to intentionally interfering with the performance of a member of an Easy Jet aircraft crew at Gatwick Airport on October 14 last year. He was fined £300.

Eileen Maughan, 33, of Rother Crescent, Crawley, pleaded guilty to driving a Transit van in Overdene Drive, Crawley, on May 21 with no licence or insurance. She was fined £140 and her driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Peter Miles, 65, of Cox Green, Rudgwick, Horsham, pleaded guilty to three charges of assault and a charge of racially aggravated threatening behaviour. The offences took place in Horsham on December 10. The court sentenced him to eight weeks in prison, suspended for one year. Magistrates said the reason for the sentence was the ‘violent nature of the offence and that it was racially aggravated’. 
The court made a community order and ordered him to pay £400 in compensation.
