January 25:

Linards Berzins, 40, of Cantelupe Road, East Grinstead, was found guilty of failing to provide information to police relating to the identity of the driver of a Chevrolet vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Sussex on September 4 last year. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £90 in prosecution costs. His driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.

Michael Mattocks, 54, of Amundsen Road, Horsham, pleaded guilty to driving a Range Rover on the A264 at Horsham, on January 8, while disqualified from driving. He also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance on the same date. He was fined £923 and banned for three months.

Graham Carr, 73, of West Wickham, Kingsway, Kent, was found guilty of driving a Honda vehicle without a licence. The offence took place on the A22 London Road, East Grinstead, on July 20. He was also found guilty of speeding at East Grinstead on the same date. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £90 in prosecution costs. His driving record was endorsed with five penalty points.

Erin Hart, 27, of The Sidings, Rudgwick, Horsham, was found guilty of driving a Renault vehicle of Wickhurst Lane, Broadbridge Heath, Horsham, on July 7, last year, with no insurance. She was fined £660 and ordered to pay £90 in prosecution costs. Her driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.

Amir Khan, 49, of Bonehurst Road, Horley, was found guilty of failing to provide information to police relating to the identity of the driver of a Ducati vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Sussex on August 13 last year. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £90 in prosecution costs. His driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.

Guy Chapman, 54, of Pound Close, Orpington, Kent, indicated a plea of guilty to stealing a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses, worth £292, from Sunglasses Hut, Gatwick, on October 14 last year. He was fined £40.

Liam Light, 29, of Highlands Road, Horsham, was found guilty of failing to provide information to police relating to the identity of the driver of a BMW vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Sussex on August 21 last year. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £90 in prosecution costs. His driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.

Ben Lyons, 42, of Nurserylands, Crawley, was found guilty of failing to provide information to police relating to the identity of the driver of a Ford vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Sussex on September 30, last year. 
He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £90 in prosecution costs. 
His driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.

Sabrina Marshall, 26, of St Joan Close, Crawley, pleaded guilty to failing to provide information to police relating to the identity of the driver of a Ford vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Sussex on August 27 last year. She was fined £120 and her driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.

Nolan Polistico. 41, of East Street, Turners Hill, Crawley, was found guilty of failing to provide information to police relating to the identity of the driver of a Ford vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Sussex on September 4 last year. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £90 in prosecution costs. His driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.

Gheorghe Dinu, 52, of Francis Street, Luton, was found guilty of driving a Peugeot vehicle on the A23 London Road, at Gatwick, on August 10, last year, with no insurance. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £90 in prosecution costs. He was banned from driving for six months.

January 29:

Alexander Conway, 23, of Cedar Close, Crawley, indicated a plea of guilty to being in breach of a court non-molestation order by sending text messages. The offence took place at Crawley on November 16. The court made a community order and fined him £200.

Betsy Rofe, 59, of Roffey Park Forest Road, Colgate, Horsham, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW on Fitzalen Road, Horsham, on May 12, last year, while more than twice over the drink drive limit. She gave a blood alcohol reading of 209 milligrammes. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes. She also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance at Horsham on the same date. She was fined £1,000 and banned from driving for two years.

Adrian Walter, 56, of Weddell Road, Crawley, pleaded guilty to driving a Mercedes vehicle on London Road, Langley Green, on December 26, while disqualified from driving. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for three months.
