Man arrested on suspicion of breaching the peace in Crawley

A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing a breach of the peace.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said the man, 30, was reported shouting and banging on the doors and windows of a house in Booth Road, Bewbush, at 1.30am today (Thursday June 25).

Officers climbed a back garden wall to reach him.

Firefighters attended and used ladders to assist police back over the six foot tall wall with the man.
