Police appeal after man spotted trying car doors in Billingshurst

Officers say that the man, pictured on CCTV, was seen trying the doors of cars in Truelove Gardens and Garman Way between 12.30am and 1am on June 9.

Nothing was reported stolen.

A spokesperson said: “The public are reminded to ensure their vehicles are locked and to report any suspicious activity to police.

“Anyone who has any information that can help is asked to contact police online or via 101, quoting 085 of 09/06.”
