Police helicopter search after motorbike stolen in Crawley


The police helicopter was scrambled to help officers search for a stolen motorbike in Crawley.

A spokesman said the National Police Air Service (NPAS) was called at 10.40pm on Monday (April 11).

NPAS Redhill tweeted: “Search in #Crawley with @Crawley_Police @sussex_police for recently stolen motorbike. Enquiries ongoing.”

The helicopter crew was called to a suspect search in Horsham 20 minutes later following a break-in at commercial premises.
