He was spotted just after 1pm on Monday (May 9) close to Canada Avenue near East Surrey Hospital.

Surrey Police say: “He has not been heard from or seen since which is out of character for him.”

He is described as white, of slim build, around 5ft 9ins tall with short dark blond hair. He was wearing tan coloured shoes with jeans and a blue top.

“A number of enquiries are being carried out in the area in the search for Michael,” say police, “and residents may notice an increased police presence due to this.”

Anyone who can help officers locate Michael is asked to contact Surrey Police as a matter of urgency.
