Dorry said: "It was just awful for us. Coming into work at two separate sites and finding all that damage is a terrible start to the week.

"It has been really really horrible but we have just been trying to focus on the team building event and trying to make it as positive as possible."

"It was really heartbreaking for all the staff. We are very close small business and people are very proud of what the are working towards — they all took this very very hard.

"We are all very close — we are like a family.

"We are just leaving that with the police to keep investigating. The police have been amazing, both the PCSO and the detective."

Not only are they grateful to Sussex Police, Dorry said, but to members of the public too: "They have been absolutely amazing. We are so overwhelmed with the public response with them being so supportive and sending such nice messages and comments and coming in to see us."
