A Crawley teenager who set fire to a sheep after it was savaged in Tilgate Park has pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual activity with a child.
Kieran Taylor, 18, of Holbein Road, Tilgate, will be sentenced for the offences at Lewes Crown Court on November 13.
The Boreray sheep’s body was found burning in Tilgate Park on October 2 2014.
Staff said it had been removed from the nature centre and savaged and killed overnight.
A spokesman for the Crown Prosecution Service said Taylor’s sentencing for the arson on Friday (September 4) was adjourned to November 13 after he pleaded to the child sex offences.
