Teens' quick thinking led to arrest in Brighton
The woman appeared distressed and was shouting inside a car in Brighton Marina.
The teens took note of the registration of the vehicle after becoming worried when they heard the woman arguing with a man in the car before it was driven away from Asda car park on Saturday afternoon (February 1).

Hide AdThey passed the details onto a security guard who phoned police.
Officers traced the car to an address in Brighton and arrested a man on suspicion of criminal damage affray and controlling and coercive behaviour and checked the welfare of the woman who was unharmed.
After being questoned, he was released without further action.
Detective Chief Inspector Cath O'Connor said: "Thanks to the quick thinking and actions of these young people who reported a potential serious crime, we were able to trace the vehicle, make a quick arrest and check the welfare of the woman involved."
