An evening of song, dance and poetry awaits Crawley residents at the year’s Alzheimer’s Society Summer Concert.
Organised and directed by the charity’s Crawley Forward Thinking Group, the concert
The concert will be held on August 4, at St Margaret’s Church in Ifield, between 5.30pm and 8pm.
Tim Wilkins, Alzheimer’s Society Service User Involvement Officer in West Sussex, said: “Crawley Forward Thinking Group, a group of people living well with dementia, have been instrumental in choosing the songs, poems and will be leading the concert.
“With an estimated 1,134 people in Crawley living with dementia, it is critical that we keep dementia high on everyone’s agenda.”
The event is free to attend.
