Emma Neno, fundraising manager for CancerWise said: “It looks like this event is on track to be Mewsbrook Park Cafe’s best fun day yet. We have so many people joining in with great entertainment for all the family.

“I can’t wait to enjoy the day with our local community.”

There will be plenty for revellers to get their teeth stuck into, with activities ranging from wheelchair sports, Zumba demonstrations from two dance groups, as well as displays from Bognor-based cheerleading troupe, The Wonder Girls and Outlaw Allstar Cheerleaders.

Music lovers will also be in for a treat with a selection of live tunes from the likes of The Little White Lies and pop duo, Bounce Mania.

Littlehampton’s 7th Air Scouts will be running a smashing event of their own – plate smashing to be precise – while the Sompting Village Morris Dancers, fresh from their own Morris dancing festival in Shoreham, last week, will be shaking their sticks and bells.
