Eyeballs on the menu at holiday club

Among the attractions at St Stephen's Holiday Club will be the chance to emulate the celebrities in the jungle by eating eyeballs and fish eggs.

The club runs between Monday, August 21 and August 25, from 10am until noon.

The club, at St Stephen's Church, Angola Road, is open to six to 12 year olds in Worthing.

On the Friday, children will be treated to a barbecue and Samba group. Children will also be challenged to provide 1,000 meals for children in the third world.

All children who take part, along with their families are invited to the crowning of the king or queen of the jungle on the Sunday.

Organiser Diane Stephenson said: "We are really looking forward to a fantastic week. Especially all the games, crafts and crickets. Don't sit at home being bored, I dare you to be there."
