Sharlene works as a care assistant at Rustington Hall nursing home, where she is currently studying to be a nurse.

She has worked there for eight months and says she enjoys it very much.

In her spare time she likes nothing more than hitting the town with her friends for a bit of a dance.

And there is still plenty of time to apply to become the next Junior Princess for girls aged between eight and 12, who also live within the six-mile radius.
