Flooding closes schools and care home
A school, college and day centre have closed because of flooding.
Maidenbower Day Centre shut after roads surrounding the care home in Harvest Road were inundated.
Ifield Community College in Crawley Avenue has also closed and Thomas Bennett Community College in Ashdown Drive will not open until 11.15am this morning (Friday January 17).
