Football fundraiser

The team have recently taken part in a bag packing day at Morrisons in Hastings to bring them within reach of their goal, but they are calling for additional support.

Next Summer they will be holding their third tournament with about 100 clubs coming to play. The tournament has been a success so far, and they hope that the third will strike up more interest to bring in extra money for the club.

But as the bitter winter cold creeps in, the team is in serious need of new kit to keep them warm in these coming months.

One mother said: "I want these boys to feel like a team with heads held high so when they go to matches they stand out looking smart, properly kitted out, but most of all a team of boys who want to play football."

At present, the team are arranging other events to raise funds. They are open to donations.
