FURTHER TRIBUTES TO LECTURER

Tributes have been coming in for university lecturer Sasha Roberts, of Lewes, who was killed in a motorway crash.

We have received the following:

Sasha Roberts was among the top lecturers and seminar leaders at UKC. Any student of her's will vouch for her creativity and challenging approach to teaching.

The pleasure she obviously got from spreading her knowledge is purely inspirational, and after experiencing this in first year I made an effort to be in her classes. Aside from her academic side, Sasha was keen to get to know students personally and to help outside the classroom, something I really admire. Her infectious enthusiasm made me want to succeed not only for my degree's sake, but also to show my teachers, Sasha top of the list, that I cared too.

I know she will be missed, and I can only hope that her son makes a full recovery.
