Health and social care on agenda for Mid Sussex Older People’s Council meeting

Health and social care will be discussed by the Mid Sussex Older People’s Council at it’s AGM.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 28 at the Marlets Hall in Burgess Hill.

There will be a discussion with Minesh Patel, Clinical Lead and chair of the Horsham and Mid Sussex Clinical Commissioning Group.

Amanda Rogers, director of Adults’ Services at West Sussex County Council will also be answering questions.

There will also be an opportunity for discussions with members of Mid Sussex Older People’s Council, the CCG and the Prevention Assessment Team which helps peoplestay healthy and remain independent.
