Hayfever sufferers across Sussex face a difficult time today (Wednesday April 20) as the pollen forecast is high.
The Met Office says that the forecast will remain high until tomorrow when it will drop to medium for the rest of the week.
The pollen season separates into three main section:
Tree pollen - late March to mid-May.
Grass pollen - mid-May to July.
Weed pollen - end of June to September
As far as the Sussex weather is concerned, temperatures are set to drop by the weekend with night frosts, a cold northerly wind and rain/sleet.
The Met Office says there may even by some light flurries of snow.
