Indecent pictures charges
A 19-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to making and possessing indecent images of children. Martin Embleton, of Drake Park, Felpham, appeared before Chichester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, May 8.
He is charged with eight counts of making indecent photographs and four counts of possessing indecent photographs. The offences are alleged to have happened on or between March and July 2005. It is alleged that some of the photos are classed as category four '“ one of the highest categories for indecency.
Embleton will appear before magistrates again on June 21 where the case will be committed to Chichester Crown Court.
