Kids tuck into healthy foods
Pupils at Storrington First School celebrated their Healthy Eating Day on Monday, June 3, and stuck into some delicious treats.
Creative kids made their own imaginative dishes using vegetables and fruit.
From helping the pupils make smiley faces on bread to other colourful arrangements, the school encouraged the importance of maintaining a healthy diet.

Hide AdSchool Secretary, Lynette Bowers, said: “This week was the launching of Healthy Eating Week, a national initiative promoting healthy wellbeing and nutrition. “A huge thank you to Waitrose who brought in a variety of exotic tropical fruits for the children to prepare and taste.
“The children took part in a tropical fruits workshop and learnt about where fruits come from.”
