Laura hatches Littlehampton area RSPB group

The group is keen to recruit members who will get together for meetings and to plan fund-raising events and promote the conservation message. Duties include helping at events, and serving as group treasurer or social networking guru.

Volunteer leader Laura moved to Littlehampton six months ago from London, where she worked at the city farm. She said: “I wanted to learn more about what the RSPB does for birds and the environment, as this is something I am passionate about. I cant wait to see the group grow.”

The qroup’s quiz night, originally planned for Wednesday, December 14, as published in this week’s Littlehampton Gazette (December 8) has now been cancelled.
