Letters sent to Asbo parents

Letters have been sent to the parents of youngsters believed to be causing anti social behaviour around North Bersted.

Police community support officer Bill Prior said youth problems had recently taken place around Whiteways.

'I have been monitoring these and some individuals' parents have received letters from the anti social behaviour team,' he said in a statement. He also warned persistent offenders who caused parking problems around schools during morning and afternoon peak periods would receive fixed penalty notices for obstruction.

He will hold a neighbourhood management forum at 7pm next Tuesdayat Jubilee Hall in Chalcraft Lane.
