Tests on the Babymoov Swoon Up Bouncer have found that there is a risk of the product’s central screw coming loose, making the bouncer’s seat unstable.

The issue can be rectified by carrying out a repair and customers who have bought one of the affected seats are being advised to contact Babymoov’s customer service department by emailing [email protected] or calling 0800 520 0462, to receive details of the repair procedure.
