Mystery '˜foam' in town centre
Mystery surrounds the appearance of a flurry of foam near Horsham town centre over the weekend.
The packing case foam was spotted strewn along Station Road on Sunday morning.
Residents were left wondering how the foam came to be there.
Horsham District Council, responsible for environmental health, said it had not been informed of the incident.
