A new Co-op store will be built in Crawley.

Council officers have permitted a bid for the convenience store in Kingsland Court, Three Bridges Road, Three Bridges.

Planning permission was granted for the ground floor conversion of units 1 to 5 at Kingsland Court to the Co-op store.

A new pedestrian access from Three Bridges Road was planned.

A new ATM will be installed on the site’s western side.

An officers’ report stated: “In conclusion it is considered the proposal is acceptable and would not pose any adverse impact to the residential amenity of neighbouring properties, to the visual amenity of the existing street scene or have

any adverse impact to the parking arrangements of the site.”
