New partner
SOLICITORS Rix and Kay this month take on Stephen Smith, of Old Heathfield, as a new partner.
Stephen, who is married with two young daughters, will play a key role within the expanding family law team at the firm's Uckfield office.
He is joining Rix and Kay from Waugh and Co, in Haywards Heath.
