Am I a Twit or a Tweeter?

IT’S BEEN a good week for me again (see Three Bridges 3rds report) - still don’t know what’s going on!

But it’s been an interesting week as I finally signed up to Twitter.

Now I have always considered myself up to speed on technology and social networking but I have been apprehensive with Twitter for some reason.

But now I am hooked. It is bizarre to think you can just go on there and chat to a Crawley Town player, or tweet an England cricketer. I am using it so I can keep you all informed what’s going on in the cricket world whether it be the Sussex Premier League round-up, Three Bridges Thirds’ latest score (!!) or the latest County and Test scores.

I will also try to comment on the humourous side of cricket, or give you some stats.

But it’s a great tool for seeing what famous cricketers are like.

Kevin Pieterson (@Kevinpp24) is normally in conversation with Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan), Liam Plunkett (@liam628) is normally talking about what food he is eating, Stuart Broad (@StuartBroad8) has been following Nottingham Forest in the play-offs and Graham Onions (@BunnyOnions) revealed he would expose part of his body if Jedward won Eurovision.

David Lloyd (@Bumble_cricket) is great value but it was Steve Finn (@finnysteve) who caught my eye this week. At first his plane got cancelled then he posted two photos.

As the Middlesex boys had some time to kill they went to Hollywood Bowl in Crawley Leisure Park for bowling and dancing - and Finny caught them on camera

Great stuff.

So get on to Twitter and follow @dunnersdelivery. You can post some questions or opinions and they will get printed in this column (if they are not too abusive!).
