Fall victim says 'thank you'

My grateful thanks are due to an older woman who helped me up and into the bus shelter opposite Waitrose, two young people who stopped their car and called the ambulance, staying with me until it came, and another young man who ministered what first aid he could until his bus arrived.

Others in the shelter passed over what they could find to help staunch the bleeding and I am fortunate to have found myself among this lovely group of people on that Monday afternoon.
