Letter: Bring back the Crawley mall's stairs

Having just read the Question Mark article (Crawley Observer, February 12) from Mark Haynes on the changes at County Mall I have to disagree with him on the changes that have been made on the removal of the stairs.

Trying to get into and around the mall are now a nightmare.

If you don’t like escalators or lifts you can’t go into the mall to shop.

Mark says it has helped customers discover shops they didn’t know were there, I don’t agree - although maybe it has - as they now go to the Horsham shops instead! Bring back the stairs please.
