What happened to the promises of HDC cabinet memberJonathan Chowen to our membership of a replacement facility?
I am a 72-year-old, one of some 400 people who rely on that facility for a social life. It supports children, disabled and blind bowlers.
Are our interests to be completely brushed aside?
