As with some understandable trepidation we slowly ease ourselves out of lockdown that will no doubt come as a relief to many.

Not quite so relieved will be those who need a comfort break within a public toilet. This can apply to all age groups, if away from their own facilities for longer than say quickly popping to a corner shop.

With hospitality outlets likely to be amongst the last to be eased from current restrictions, another watering hole possibility looks unlikely. Most of what used to be our public provision was of course shut or demolished prior to this crisis.

Let’s hope the local authorities give out more than a watered down suggestion for dealing with ‘Hastings Cross-Legged Syndrome’ before it really becomes an ‘in-convenience’!
