Song of good cheer

THE Edwin James Festival Choir would like to thank all those who came along to our “Sing-along-a-War Years” event on Sunday, as part of the Armed Forces Day celebrations held on Saturday.

It was a lovely afternoon, with a wonderful tea during the interval, our thanks to Councillor Joyce Bowyer and everyone who supplied cakes.

We were able to raise £300 for SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association).

Thank you to every one who supports our choir at all our charity and fund-raising events.
