Steyning Road traffic cause for concern over new development

It seems to tick all the boxes, the name Erringham, homes, conservation, making use of our lovely Adur river, landscaping, even the eco village, especially the idea of a zero bus service through the site and the outdoor activities centre.
The only concern I have is the traffic on Steyning Road. It’s a pretty road with its river and view of the Downs, so I hope it doesn’t become a highway.
