Sick of being fleeced by parking wardens

It would seem we have totally lost control of what happens in our own town, let alone country.

There can be no justification to the over zealous wardens now operating in and around Worthing.

How can they justify travelling all the way to Becket Road, which is a favourite hot spot.

They come along Church Walk bang on 10am stay around until 11am for the one hour in the morning that you cannot park, but never go past the Windsor Road junction.

I'm sure there are many other roads they use as easy pickings nothing to do with the "flow" of traffic its a stealth tax on car owners nothing more nothing less.

99.9 per cent of your 75 per cent will do nothing to change the way we are being fleeced.

I have an e-mail from Tim Laughton saying the resident holders would be reviewed and taken back towards the town centre once the local council took control of the parking.

What a joke that's turned out to be.

Any other business would have the trading standards on its doorstep if it operated anything like this.

As usual its one law for them and another law for us, so long as we pay, oh god do they want us to pay.

Surely enough is enough.

I currently pay 70 PA to park outside of my own home, plus all the other expenses with owning two cars and a commercial van, that's not enough is it they want the last drop!!

When will we have someone with the guts to say NO! (even the press would be a start?)
