Armed with FOI requests from 75 councils across the UK, mortgage comparison experts Bankrate revealed Crawley Borough Council was the seventh most harmonious neighbourhood.
The council received just 179 complaints per 50,000 people, Bankrate said. This meant the council had just 403 complaints in total.
East Cambridgeshire was the council which received the most complaints in total – 4,999 – while the fewest complaints were received by Broadland District Council – just 17.
