‘Delays likely’ due to temporary lights in busy Eastbourne road
Traffic delays are likely in a busy Eastbourne road due to temporary traffic lights while works are being carried out.
According to East Sussex County Council, work began yesterday (Monday) to install new light columns in Friday Street, between Langney Shopping Centre and Stone Cross, and will end on February 26.
The temporary traffic lights are in place in preparation for an improvement scheme, which is due to start next week in the area.
