Dogs Trust Shoreham says his zest for life is infectious and his playful, puppy-like disposition brings joy.

Despite his fun-loving ways, Brock also has a sensitive side and can feel unsure when meeting new people, so introductions must be at his own pace.

With those who have taken the time to build up his trust, he is interactive and has a lot of love to give. Staff at the Brighton Road rehoming centre said he will make a loyal companion.

Brock’s favourite pastimes are playing a game with his toys, learning new things and gnawing on a long-lasting chew.

The team would love to find experienced owners who have a keen interest in positive, reward-based training, and who can provide plenty of opportunity for Brock to express his enthusiasm.

A family with an active lifestyle who can give Brock some consistency would be perfect.

Brock highly values the relationships he makes with people, so would like to live with a maximum of three people, where there is always someone around to keep him company.

He must live in an adult-only household and will need to be the only pet at home.

A quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of busy, high-populated areas, is essential, as is walks in quieter areas.

A message from the Editor, Gary Shipton:

In order for us to continue to provide high quality and trusted local news, I am asking you to please purchase a copy of our newspapers.

With the coronavirus lockdown having a major impact on many of our local valued advertisers - and consequently the advertising that we receive - we are more reliant than ever on you helping us to provide you with news and information by buying a copy of our newspapers.

Our journalists are highly trained and our content is independently regulated by IPSO to some of the most rigorous standards in the world. But being your eyes and ears comes at a price. So we need your support more than ever to buy our newspapers during this crisis.

Stay safe, and best wishes.
