An East Sussex farmer has spray painted her sheep with the Union flag to celebrate King Charles III’s upcoming coronation this weekend.

Judy Blackman, who has a farm in Hooe, near Bexhill, keeps a flock of Southdown sheep.

She said: “My Southdown sheep are flying their flags ready for this weekend’s coronation. I keep them in Hooe and they are from the oldest flock of registered pedigree Southdown sheep in the country."
