Hastings seafront restaurant that has been closed for years looking set to re-open
The building was once a busy pizzeria and then became the Old Town Bistro but it has been closed and empty for more than three years now.

No work is being carried out inside and what look like new deep fat fryers have been installed, leading to speculation that it could be re-opening as a new fish and chip shop with an indoor restaurant.
Tables and chairs have also appeared inside the restaurant where work is continuing.
