Kerry, 41, from East Grinstead recently made it to the latter stages of a competition run by Ink Magazine.

The former Fairways and Copthorne C of E Junior School pupil, whose body is 85 per cent covered in tattoos, said: “I am so proud that I made it into the top 500 contestants from over 28,000 entrants worldwide, especially with being an over 40s mum-of-three from a small UK village!”

“I cannot wait to continue my tattoo journey once the industry can reopen in April, with my ultimate aim to be fully covered, although not including my face as my husband would say!”
