Hide AdEyewitnesses said the dog swung from the branch for ten minutes before jumping down and running off to play.
Onlooker Curtis Sheppard, 22, said: “I was just sitting on the bench having a cig and I just heard this growling.
“I looked up and saw this dog swinging from a tree.
“He was doing it for a good ten minutes.
“He did actually try to get a bit of the branch off but he just jumped straight back up again.
“The owners were standing beside him and they seemed a bit unphased.
“When I walked past I got chatting to them.
“Apparently he does this all the time so it was just a normal part of his walk.
“Everyone looking just found it really funny.”
